Needs assessment of an organization becomes a crucial fact where the employees the hierarchical system and all stages of the hierarchies are assessed for their respective levels of needs. As the levels of needs were assessed by Maslow, similarly the needs are assessed according to their hierarchy, but the means are usually the questionnaires. The different questions assess the needs, sometimes individually and sometimes a group of needs are assessed in this way. The needs assessment of an organization is very hard unless a proper framework is followed. There are several cases which seem as the different aspects of an employee in assessing the different levels of needs of an individual.
